M * A * R (Mobile AirSoft Range) Policies and Rules: Deposit /Refund/Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit will be required to hold your reservation once we confirm your booking date and time,  the balance is due within 14 days of your event. If your event is with in 14 days, then the full amount of your reservation is due. A Valid Credit Card or debit card is required to reserve a party. We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled more than 14 days of booking There is NO REFUND in the event of reservation being canceled within 14days of your event. We will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary. Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make booking as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Travel Surcharge: Our general service area is a 50-miles radius from Los Angeles, CA. There are no travel fees for the first 50 miles. We must add a fuel surcharge fee when we travel beyond 50 miles to an event. Bad Weather: In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and /or extremely heavy rain or snow, etc.) we may and reserve the right to reschedule your event. Safety is our 1^st priority. Supervised Children: We do require a parent or responsible adult to be present, on property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise. Food/Drinks: No food and or Beverages allowed in the trailer, please have your guest consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering. Protective Eye wear: Eyeglasses must always be on while inside the shooting range. Damage/Injury: M A R nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damages We reserve the right to charge the clients credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the carless or willful damage  by client’s guests. Neither M A R nor its employees assume any responsibility for any injuries sustained in the trailer, on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host. Pictures & Video’s: While your party is going on the game coach may be taking pictures or recording the party from inside or outside the trailer. We may use these on our social media and or our website. If you do not want our coaches taking  pictures or recording your event please notify us at booking.  Truck/Trailer: When we pull up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Let us know if you have a preferred spot for us to park. Our trailer is 40’ long plus the truck therefore we will need a minimum of 4 cars spaces to maneuver and park. Waiver: All participates MUST have a signed liability release waiver prior to entering the M A R trailer you can download and print out the waiver form here. Tips: The game coach is there to make sure that your group is having a great experience, tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required. By Submitting Payment, you agree to these terms.
